Enjoy the Yoga for Arthritis 90 minute experience now in a 3 class package for a more economical option. When you register for the next Yoga for Arthritis class if you've purchased a package, you can apply your package credit toward this class. Three credits equal three classes. Once you've run out of credits, it would be time to purchase another package. Just be sure if you've purchased a package that when you register for an individual class, you remember to select "use your package credits." If you'd like to pay for a package with an alternative payment (Zelle, Check, or Cash) and not use a credit card (processed securely through Stripe), please pay initially and you'll be registered by me directly through the system. Yoga for Arthritis is a class that takes the student through a series of gentle, breath-infused movements that flow throughout all the joints in every direction they naturally move. It is a comprehensive, mindfully paced class that allows for mind/body connection through movements - soothing to the brain and nervous system. This practice can be done seated or on a mat with options to stand as well. These joint movements create space in the body and move prana (life force) in such a way that motion may become more easeful and fluid. As the joints and the joint capsules move, synovial fluid bathes the area. Stiffness, sensation, and/or pain may be lessened or relieved to prompt a deeper journey into healing.
*Registrations: A registration is considered confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant. If payment has not been received prior to class, the system will remove the registration. Payments are acceptable by credit card (processed securely by Stripe). Alternative payments are acceptable as cash, check, or Zelle. To pay in any of these alternative ways, pay initially and you'll be personally registered into the system.
