Anxiety affects us all in one way or another and the key is in how we manage it, without it managing us! This clinic will include yoga postures (asana), pranayama, and some Ayurvedic practices. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and a method of balancing health/wellness. Please note that due to the amount of content covered in this clinic, we will not be practicing the poses, but they will be shared.
