Chair Yoga Practice - Expansiveness- 60 minutes

In this 60 minute seated and standing gentle yoga practice, feel the expansiveness in the thoracic spine while practicing several asana that cultivate thoracic mobility (the key to spine health). Using a strap (you can use a men's tie, long scarf or towel) we'll also expand in the hip region doing Suptapadangustasana 1/2 or the Big Toe Pose (with isometrics). For our standing part of the practice we'll also use the strap to expand the spine axially and laterally and use balance to connect both sides of the brain. Wrapping up with deep relaxation, a breathing practice to balance the brain, and meditation.
