Delve into an expansive practice using a strap (yoga strap, belt, tie from a robe, stretchy band from PT, long towel or long scarf). Enjoy a blend of seated and standing postures for balance in this pre-recorded practice that puts the body/mind in just the right place. You'll move from deep breathing to gentle movements to warm up into more outward movements to make space in the muscles and tissues. Wrapping up with deep relaxation which is also a mindfulness practice called Yoga Nidra and meditation. In addition, you will also learn a special breathing practice called Brahmari breath or the "bee breath" that provides numerous benefits to the body including the flow of blood to the organs, boosting of immunity, decreasing blood pressure, and anti-inflammatory action in the arteries.
