This is class 2 of 2 focused on the muscles of the abdomen. Use a tennis ball or yoga tune up ball to gently massage the muscles of the abdomen in the direction of the muscle fibers. Feeling the muscles enables us to embody the practice on the deeper level. In addition, we'll practice a number of asanas for the spine, standing postures, and enjoy a nourishing deep relaxation (with breathwork and meditation at the end). All of this with an awareness of the abdominal muscles.
