This 75 minute class is dedicated to anxiety reduction with an explanation of Ujjayi breathing at the beginning and using it throughout the practice to come into the body. Have a chair handy with a blanket or cushion on it for a standing inversion as well as for legs up the chair (you can put your legs up a couch, bed, ottoman, or wall too). There are a few poses for the back and shoulders, however, most of this class is activating the parasympathetic nervous system for restoration and relaxation.
