Happy earth day! In this 75 minute practice we'll begin on our bellies, connecting deeply with the earth as I explain the profound respiratory benefits of "proning." Moving through many smooth, fluid movements for the nervous system along with side bending for the lungs, hips, and ribcage, we'll make our way up to a gentle sun salutation. To further ground we'll explore movement in warrior 2 and wrapping up with deep relaxation using weighted objects and end with meditation using the earth mudra. I explain and demo the earth mudra at the beginning. A rich, flowing experience with lots of nervous system down-regulation.
