Enjoy a mat-based gentle class in which the theme is the Vagus Nerve. In this practice we'll use several techniques for activating the Vagus Nerve for relaxation. Prior to class, please make a peanut (two tennis balls in a long sock/tube sock tied off at the end with a twist tie or rubber band).

You'll enjoy a gentle class perfect for relaxation and calming to the nervous system as you learn more about how to balance through breathing practices and myofacial release.
