In this practice you'll go on an inward journey, focusing inside the body on sensation and inner listening. We'll use a yoga strap (you can substitute with a men's tie, robe belt, long scarf/towel). The strap will be used for hip stretching and strengthening while stimulating bone regrowth and remodeling (great for osteoporosis and osteopenia). We'll begin this practice on our backs with gentle movement paired with breath, slowly making our way up to standing and ending in deep relaxation and a yogic practice that draws awareness deep within.
