Enjoy a diverse array of practices that benefit the hips and pelvis (and, of course, everything attached to them). Also included is a pelvic symmetry sequence to help create balance of both hips and pelvis. This is a practice I learned from a Pelvic Physical Therapist. Please have blocks available, a yoga strap, and a booty band (stretch band) for strengthening. In addition, in the first 2 classes of the series we'll talk about the anatomy of both the pelvis and hips for a deeper dive into this center of body mass.
