Meditation Mondays is a new program being introduced into the Gentle Yoga sangha with the goal of kickstarting a regular meditation practice by sitting and doing rather than talking about it. The hardest part is getting started, being consistent, and sticking with it. During the course of these meditation experiences, we’ll talk about meditation in more detail and how to foster a lifelong dedication to the art and science of transformation through the self.

Time/Day: Mondays 9-9:30 a.m.

Structure: Centering, Light Movement, Pranayama, Meditation. Introduction of the specific focus. Note: the focus of each meditation may vary. All requests for a specific/preferred focus will be honored. Students can always revert to their preferred method.
