Namaste -- Come join my morning practice with Willow and Denali as we start to slowly get the body/mind ready for the day. My morning practice is a blend of a joint-freeing series (slow mindful movements with breath), some myofascial release, some sun salutations, breathing practices to balance the hemispheres of the brain, and meditation. This practice can be used as a framework for your morning practice or if you'd like to try it along side me one morning to see how it feels in your body. I do switch it up from time to time and based on what's happening in my life. It has consistently been helpful for me as I age.
