Breath is key to the mind/body connection. It is at the heart of yoga and connecting to the present moment. In this previously recorded clinic, you will learn 6 different and powerful breathing techniques (pranayama), each with their own set of benefits. We'll explore Pranayama (the life force) in a short teaching. Please note that some of these practices have contraindications which will be mentioned prior. Clinics are designed for information sharing and are different from regular classes which have regular practices. They are meant to serve as a topline summary of the specific area of interest. Clinics are free to current series (6 classes/chair or mat) students and open to non-series students as a drop in student at the current drop in rate.
