In this series of 6 classes we'll explore how the breath supports the spine in movement including functional and every day movements. Structural breath is the basis for how the breath moves the body and how the breath can protect the body during movement, particularly the spine. In each class we'll delve deeper into specific asanas and movements with structural breath which will allow you to feel the breath moving the body.
