Join in for a Gentle Yoga practice for the feet and ankles. In this virtual clinic, we'll explore the highly complex feet and ankles through information sharing, movement, and self massage. Our feet play a major role in balance and stability and support the entire body. In this 45 minute practice we'll share some information about the foot/ankle complex, practice some self massage and use a tennis ball for some stretching. In addition we'll also work with asana or yoga postures with a focus on the feet/ankle complex.
