Yoga for Osteoporosis - (Class 1 of 3) - 60 minutes

In these 3 classes we'll focus on building bone density by practicing asana (poses) and doing some work with balance and resistance. Students will need the following props: a chair, a mat, light weights, and a strap. Classes will have a diverse mix of floor and chair work. If you prefer not to use the floor, you can use a nearby couch or bed or skip the floor work. Alternatives will be offered. Please follow any/all doctor recommendations for movement.
