In a guided meditation, students are given a bit more structure with some things to do, visualize, and think about and also given a bit of space afterward. Join me on a journey within as we transition from the outside world to the peace that resides inside. It's always there. It is the calm beneath the waves of the ocean. It is purusha or pure consciousness. The eternal, unchanging "True Self," witness, or soul, as defined in Patanjali's Yoga Philosophy.
