
Yoga for Healthy Joints (formerly called Yoga for Arthritis - YFA) is a healing modality that takes the student through a series of gentle, breath-infused movements that flow throughout all the joints in every direction they naturally move. This practice can be done seated or on a mat with options to stand as well. The movement of the joints creates space in the body and moves prana or the life force in such a way that motion may become more easeful and fluid. Stiffness, sensation, and/or pain may be lessened or relieved to prompt a deeper journey into healing. There are also several movements and breathing practices for the reduction and cooling of inflammation. For a more economical way of regularly participating in this offering, please go to the "package option" on my website on the home page. All classes are recorded so if you miss, you'll automatically receive the complimentary 7 day recording so you never have to miss a class! There will be a limited number of in person opportunities to participate in this class and available on a first request basis to those fully registered and paid for this series. After you're fully registered, you'll receive more information about location and parking for this in person option. Single class cost $25. Package of 3 classes $70.
*Registrations: A registration is considered confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant. If payment has not been received promptly, the system will remove the registration. Payments are acceptable by credit card (processed securely by Stripe). Alternative payments are acceptable as cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. To pay in any of these alternative ways, select "pay later" and promptly follow your online registration up with your payment.
