
This is an introductory 45 minute offering for those interested in chair yoga and wanting an overview of the practice, preparatory asanas (postures), movement recommendations to keep the practice gentle, comfortable and safe (mindful of any issues), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. It is a "taste" of what it would be like to practice with me. This offering is meant for students new to yoga and new to my classes. Current series students are most welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring others. This is a foundational class that will be an informational experience with some hands on practice.
