Mindful Chair Yoga and Meditation - 9/20/22-10/25/22

Mindful chair yoga is a series of six themed classes that are a gentle, versatile form of hatha yoga utilizing a chair (and various props that can be found around the house like weights, balls, and straps with substitutions). It is adaptable for all skill levels and abilities and for those with balance issues and injuries. This includes participants who spend their time commuting, sitting at a desk, or suffer with limited mobility or chronic conditions. It is therapeutic in nature and welcoming to all populations. Participants will enjoy a restorative experience that is breath, body, and spiritually focused. Students will learn techniques to gain flexibility, strength, balance, and energy while increasing range of motion and delving into the serenity of a relaxing class that moves at a mindfully slow pace. 

*Registrations: A registration is considered confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant. If payment has not been received prior to class, the system will remove the registration. Payments are acceptable by credit card (processed securely by Stripe). Alternative payments are acceptable as cash, check, or Zelle. To pay in any of these ways, select "pay later" and promptly follow your online registration up with your payment.

*Cancellations: If a registered participant chooses to cancel their registration or cannot or does not attend a class please read on. Due to costs associated with administration, classes are non-refundable, and cannot be made up or shifted to other classes. However, they may be transferred (sold or gifted prior to class time/date) to another participant at no charge. Most virtual classes are recorded and offered (when missed only) as a complimentary benefit for 3 days time. Beyond the 3 days time, a class extension may be purchased for $15 giving access to the recorded class for 2 weeks time.
