
In this clinic, we'll focus on movement of the hip joint either from a seated position or on the mat with some time spent learning about light anatomy of the hip. For this practice, you'll need a yoga strap or substitute like a men's tie, belt from a robe, long scarf or towel. We will mobilize the hip in the various ways it moves while lubricating the joint capsule in this ball and socket wonder of the human body! If you're a current series student in either the Tuesday Chair or Friday mat class, this clinic is free for you. If not, no worries, you can join at the class drop-in rate of $18.
